The emotional scars of acne can lead to diminished self esteem and can be a source of anxiety and worry when dealing with the world. Acne is perhaps the most common skin disorders in the world. In the United States and Canada alone, acne affects 45 to 55 million individuals at some point in their lives. For most, effects of acne will fade or decrease once they reach their early twenties. In severe cases some will continue to suffer well into their thirties, forties and beyond. But remember, it does not matter at what age you are suffering from acne its is treatable.

Emotionally, acne can affect your self esteem, It makes some individuals feel uncomfortable around people, avoid social gatherings, have low confidence, get sad and depressed and in severe cases, some even contemplate suicide.

Some of the ways of dealing with the negative feelings are:

Do some research, educate yourself about acne
Get a new look, spruce up your wardrobe and get a new hairstyle.
Consult a dermatologist to treat your acne

When you decide to receive professional treatments, do the following:

Take a photograph of yourself before treatment and keep it hidden away, don’t take it out to have a look it. Take a look at it only once every two months into your treatment. When you see the improvement, your will improve who you feel about yourself.
Do not look in the mirror excessively, you may feel worse. But if you cannot resist the temptation, do not stand to close to it – stand about 2 feet away
    Be patient

Drink as much Kangen water as you can..

That advice has been given to me all my life, however, as much as have tried I find just as I am getting to the bottom of the glass I get a certain feeling and I just can’t finish it. It’s been like that all of my life.

When we drink this regular water it feels so big and heavy in our stomachs, if it is so good for us, you would have thought that someone would have come up with an answer?

Hey, water is the whole substance of life. When we are born, our make up is 90% water. By the time we die, our makeup is down to 70% or even less. Does that mean, if we can retain the 90% level or even close to it we would live longer. Just a thought!

The water has been solved by the Kangen water system. Ordinary tap water consists of between 15 or 16 molicules, making it very heavy and unable to penertrate the cells. Kangen water is 5 or 6 molicules therefore it is light and can penertrate the cells. In fact, if you take medicatiuon, it is advised for you to take the medication with the clean kangen water. There is a button on the unit allowing you to change the type of water made.

Drinking 4 liters of Kangen Water is not too difficult by any means.

Have you ever held a baby who is just a few days old, well I know you don’t mean to smell him/her, however, there is no smell in this world compares to a new baby. They are so fresh and new.

However, a certain thing happens, we have oxidation. Have you ever cut an apple and left it for say a half an hour, what happens? Well the apple turns brown. This is oxidation.

The same thing happens to that baby. Go into any Home for the aged, the fresh smell has completely gone. Instead we have a completely different scent. Not as plesant as the baby, I think you will agree.

This is why we are looking for such a thing as anti-oxidants, don’t you agree.

Well, here is an amazing fact, water in a certain way is an anti-oxidant, and by drinking enough of it throughout our lives it acts as an anti-oxidant.

Each of us have an acidic body, and unless we can have an alkaline water we will continue to have illnesses.

Each day, we are receiving testimonials of how this medical device is curing people of weight problems, osteoporosis, diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension, arthritis, and acid reflux and many other maladies.

I’m talking about the current state of health in this mighty country of ours.

Take a look around at the condition of so many people, they are huge. If it
doesn’t stop our health system is going to take a beating. Not only are they huge, but thousands and thousands of them are effected by diabetes and many other conditions which also add to the pressure on our hospitals.

Well, the reason we found it difficult to drink water, is that all water has molecules that are always at about 12 to 16 individual molecules. Water at this size is most difficult to get into your body. However, now there is a type of water that has total molecules of 6. In this way, not only is the water easy to drink, this water enters the cells art a much faster pace.

I have a problem right now, how can I convince you what I am saying is correct. There is no way I can, I will say, however, I can drink 8 glasses of this water within 10 minutes without any trouble. I challenge anyone to do that with ordinary water.

It is now time I explained about this miracle water.

Kangen water has been used in hospitals for the last 40 years in Japan. There is now a machine in the home. One family in 10 have this machine as they know how valuable the water is.

    Fact..

Japan is the leading Country in the world as to life expectancy. For your information, North America sits at Number 37.

We have to look after our children; the experts are saying they will live 10 years less than we will. This is a massive problem.

I am going to ask you to read these articles. However I really want you to look after your children.

If you are looking for the tips about how to improve your immune system - the info is waiting for you.

Food Addiction: A Craving You Can’t Seem to Control by Mark Shilensky
You may overdose on potato chips or tortilla chips once in a while, but would you consider yourself to be a food addict? The answer is important, because it could be the key to determining what course of action you need to take in order to lose weight. A number of medical experts say that food addiction is just as serious as nicotine or cocaine addiction—and can potentially be just as deadly.
When you suffer from food addiction, you have an overwhelming desire for a particular food. The desire is so strong, in fact, that if you are unable to consume that food, you suffer from withdrawal symptoms such as headaches, nausea, and depression. Food addicts crave the comfort that a particular food gives them. They also may engage in binge eating. Their cravings for food may be both physical and psychological.
It should be pointed out that there are different varieties of food addiction. For instance, there is compulsive overeating, where an individual goes on eating binges that can last several days. The addict may sometimes lose weight, but tends to gain it back again. Symptoms include eating quickly, compulsively eating alone, and eating when there is no evidence of hunger.
Yet another form of addiction is bulimia, in which an individual overeats, then purges either by Read the rest of this entry »

The Secrets to Weight Loss After Pregnancy by Mark Shilensky

Sarah is a pregnant mother of three who continues to breast-feed her 18-month-old. After each of her pregnancies, she has had difficulty losing weight. With all of her responsibilities, weight loss isn’t a priority. Still, she wishes that, once this pregnancy is over, she will be able to return to her pre-marriage weight.

The average woman gains more than 25 pounds during her pregnancy. The procedure of childbirth may result in a weight loss of up to 14 pounds, which means that new moms still have considerable weight to lose once they leave the hospital. However, some women simply assume that this “baby fat” will never go away. Yet, it is entirely possible to lose weight during the post-partum period.

A number of medical experts recommend easing into a weight loss program after the birth of your baby. This means that you will not start dieting until about three months following birth. You should combine a low-fat diet with moderate exercise in order to achieve weight loss.

Don’t expect instant results. It will take you a good nine months to get back to your weight prior to pregnancy. A go-slow approach is best because you need to give your body time to recover after childbirth. Certainly, you might be able to lose weight faster, but you might be sacrificing valuable nutrients as a result.

Interestingly enough, breastfeeding actually enhances weight loss. The American College of Read the rest of this entry »

The Atkins Method: Is it Right for You? by Mark Shilensky

Over the years, the Atkins plan has become synonymous with weight loss. Fans of the program say that it has proven to be instrumental in helping them to shed unwanted pounds. They talk of improved overall health and greater energy as a result of the Atkins program. However, critics maintain that Atkins could lead to heart damage, making it an unhealthy diet.

Supporters of Atkins say just about anyone can slim down using their program. However, there are certain people that are most likely to benefit from the Atkins plan. These include yo-yo dieters, who find themselves losing weight, only to gain it back again; dieters who feel constantly hungry; and those who eat for emotional reasons. Binge eaters and constant snackers can also benefit from the Atkins program. In addition, those who suffer from a food addiction are prime candidates for Atkins.

Atkins relies heavily on proteins and fats, along with carbohydrates that are rich in nutrients. The idea is to strictly reduce the amount of non-nutritious carbohydrates you consume. The theory behind this is that, when carbs are restricted, you end up burning fat rather than glucose. In addition, it has been shown that, all things being equal, you will lose more fat with Atkins than with other types of weight loss plans.

The Atkins plan is divided into four stages. During the initial stage, your body moves from burning carbohydrates to burning fats. You should also be able to kick the sugar habit during this stage. During the second stage, your weight loss will accelerate, but you will also be able to eat larger Read the rest of this entry »

    Lowering Cholesterol by Mark Shilensky

The human body produces oils and other substances that circulate in the bloodstream. An example is insulin, which is secreted from the pancreas in response to the increase in the amount of sugar coming from the food that the person eats. The cells then absorb this, which gives the individual calories that are used as energy.

Another substance that the body produces naturally is cholesterol. This is also ingested in the food people eat. There are two types of cholesterol namely LDL and HDL.

LDL is better known as bad cholesterol. The reason why it is bad is because too much of this in the system may put the person at risk of suffering from either a heart attack or a stroke.

HDL in simple terms is good cholesterol because its job is to regulate the flow the bad one so this can be filtered out of the person’s system. There must be a balanced between the two so the individual is healthy.

Whenever people get a blood test, the patient will see a breakdown of the LDL and HDL in the Read the rest of this entry »
